Martin started People First -Total Solutions in October 2003 after extensive work history in the private and community sectors. He focuses on managing the company and providing training and public speaking services to our clients.

Lyn Chapman, Consultant

Lyn has worked in the area of community development for the past 20 years with a particular emphasis on strategic planning, management systems design and mentoring. Her qualifications include: Grad dip Organisational Training and Development.

 

She is also an experienced facilitator with significant experience in the not for profit sector providing training to volunteers, managers of volunteers and volunteer-involving organisations.

Andy Fryar, Consultant

Andy Fryar, Founder and Director of OzVPM - a resource and training company specialising in volunteerism - particularly for the Australasian region.

 

OzVPM and People First -Total Solutions are committed to working together for those in the area of volunteer management. We jointly established the Australasian Retreat for Advanced Volunteer Management and the training series entitled "Turn Your Organisation into a Volunteer Magnet"

 

Andy has written many articles about volunteerism and is a co-author of Volunteer Management " an essential guide (2nd edition).

 

 

 

 

 

Lily Rudolph, Business and Life Coach

Lily is passionate about helping others achieve their personal best. She has moved into coaching following a strong career in the corporate and small business sectors. Her business background, coupled with her caring and supportive nature helps to inspire her clients to uncover and meet their dreams and challenges.
LIly has a Bachelor of Commerce plus post graduate degree in Business Management and Administration.
