Martin founded People First -Total Solutions in October 2003 after extensive work history in the private, government and community sectors. He provides coaching, training, public speaking and consultancy services to clients in five countries.

Linda Ellul, Trainer
Linda is our newest team member. She brings with her extensive experience in the not for profit and commercial sectors.
Jean Fell, Policy and Research
Jean
has a particular interest in social policy and research
affecting the community sector. To this end, Jean provides
policy development support, training materials and information,
for community services. Jean's
expertise draws on her considerable background in the
community sector where she has gained and continues
to develop first-hand knowledge of community bodies,
their activities and services.
Jean's experience includes advocacy and extensive involvement
in the disability sector. As such Jean has developed
an understanding of issues effecting people with a diverse
range of abilities and backgrounds.
Jean has experience and skills in the management of
community organisations including; governance, systems
management, project development and implementation,
staff management, accountability and reporting, policy
writing and development.
Jean believes in and works towards the enhancement of
individual and community wellbeing.
Lawrence Gibbs, Trainer
Lawrence
has a management background in corporate training and
development, project management and leading people through
change with leading Australian companies including AGC,
Telstra and Westpac Banking Corporation.
He possesses a MBA, is a certified life coach and a skilled trainer.
This background gives Lawrence the ability to understand and appreciate the effort, flexibility and determination required to make personal and organisational change.
Lawrence's facilitation of workshops result in organisational change and strengthening as well as personal change and development.
Mathew Hood, Administration Manager and PA to CEO
Mathew
is behind the administrative operations of People First
-Total Solutions.
He has had living experiences in Australia and Brazil. His work experience with companies such as retailer BIG W and not for profits including National Information and Library Service which provides services for people with print disabilities.
With an interest in efficiency, computers and good systems, Mathew is well placed to build and maintain good systems for People First -Total Solutions and clients.
Mathew also assists with research identifying of issues and trends for clients.
Lily Rudolph, Business and Life Coach
Lily is passionate about helping others achieve their personal best. She has moved into coaching following a strong career in the corporate and small business sectors. Her business background, coupled with her caring and supportive nature helps to inspire her clients to uncover and meet their dreams and challenges.
LIly has a Bachelor of Commerce plus post graduate degree in Business Management and Administration.
Kerrie Spinks, Research and Trainer
With
substantial experience in the not for profit sector,
Kerrie specializes in developing strate
gies to support
volunteers and paid staff to work effectively. Kerrie
has been a member of key Australian state and regional
committees including:
the state of New South Wales (NSW) Premier's Advisory Committee for International Year of Volunteers in 2001
Voluntary Screening Reference Group for the NSW Commission for Children and Young People
These activities have enabled Kerrie to consider the key issues impacting on the not-for-profit sector from a strategic perspective.
Kerrie is an experienced and engaging facilitator who believes that all bring skills and knowledge to the organisation they work with. She aims to ensure that these skills are recognised by all managers resulting in stronger, more effective teams.
Since 1998, Kerrie has been working with Bathurst Information and Neighborhood Centre, which covers a region west of Sydney, Australia. She joined the People First -Total Solutions team in May, 2005.
Jenny Syme, Client Relationships Manager
Jenny assists with the administrative functions and works in client follow up. many of our clients will know her voice when she checks in to gain their feedback of our work. Jenny also assists with research projects for People First -Total Solutions.
With a background in medical records, Jenny understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and organisation.
Jenny also has experience in retail and running children's events.
