Andy Fryar is Founder and Director of OzVPM - a resource, consultancy and training company specialising in volunteerism - particularly as it relates to the Australasian region.
OzVPM and People First -Total Solutions are committed to working together to provide excellent resources for those in the area of volunteer management. Andy is past President of Volunteering Australia and past Board member of Volunteering South Australia.

Art Stukas (Dr), La Trobe University, Australia
Dr Art Stukas is Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychological Science at La Trobe . Prior to that he was assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado and a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Martin J Cowling and Dr Stukas have cooperated on research focussuing on motivations for volunteerism and community involvement. This research is on going.
Dr Stukas says "I try to utilize a blend of field and laboratory studies with the goal of contributing to the understanding of significant social issues and the advancement of social psychological theory simultaneously. "

Fraser Dyer, My Working Life, UK
Fraser is a work consultant and writer, who set up My Working Life in 2001 following ten years as a management consultant and trainer. He is co-author of two management books and author of Why Do I Do This Every Day? In addition to one-to-one work consultancy and external supervision, Fraser also regularly speaks and leads seminars at conferences in the UK and overseas.

The Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration (CCVA) advances the profession and practice of volunteer resource management by certifying individuals who demonstrate knowledge and competence in the leadership of volunteers. Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) is an international credential awarded to practitioners with at least 3 years of experience who successfully complete an exam and written portfolio process. Originally developed by the Association for Volunteer Administration (AVA) several decades ago, the credentialing program is now sponsored by the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration
